 Basketball is an individual sport where players give the best of themselves to a team dynamic. Finding that best self is a long and difficult process. Together yet separately, players and parents try to cope with the feelings of anxiety, impatience, and frustration that the sport so generously provides.  

 Having experienced and successfully navigated the stress involved at the highest levels of the sport, my holistic approach to training  introduces specific and adaptable tools to help players effectively deal with the omnipresent and often debilitating stress that the game brings.  

 We look beyond the hype to keep the focus on the substance that provides clarity.
